This Volunteer Administration Process has been developed by members of the eCommunity Special Interest Group [CZAG]
of the Open Interchange Consortium [OIC] to assist Volunteer Sports Clubs with limited financial and IT technical resources
to:
understand and implement the Australian Sports Commission 2003 Play by the Rules 
assist Sports Clubs with identifying coaching assistance issues eg Poor team results
provide Child Protection Records and Health Records for medical assistance at Away Games
assist with reducing Skill Grading incidents at the Sub-junior levels
improve the administration and co-ordination processes for the Sports Club
provide a way for local businesses to sponsor local sports teams
provide a local community recognition process for Sports Team Volunteers
enable local schools to assist players up-date the weekly playing records
provide a dispute resolution process using e-mail and standard templates
