AGENDA FOR MEETING FRI 23 FEB 2007 14:00

Hi Claire - thanks for the call - how long do we have the PC ?

As Deborah and I made good contacts with Mosman Council re possible
support from Council for the Child Protection issue with Local Junior
Sports teams, the topics I would like to cover today include:

A	15 mins - Please update me on your knowledge of
	1	Internet design
2	Frontpage and knowledge of html
	3	Access database
	4	Power-point
	5	Excel spreadsheet
6	Cuteftp or similar file transfer protocol
	7	other IT experience

B	15 mins - Planning a 10wk 2 hr Internet SME Business Train-the-
Trainer	Course with you as the curriculum developer

Would you consider developing a Train-the-Trainer Course hence right
from the outset can we think along these lines

1	Web-page design for SMEs - developing a new web site

2	Marketing/Sponsoship strategies for new business on
		the Internet

3	Integrating Internet orders with back-end accounting databases

4	Management reporting - the real value of an Internet system

C	15 mins

Review of the Pittwater U7 Web site developed in 2004/2005
particularly "Leadership Development and Responsibility Practice"

This is the base application for the web sponsorship

D	15 mins - Child Protection

Here is a link to the web-pages which shows which Team Managers/Coaches have
signed the Child Protection Forms as part of the Volunteer Information
Management System

Further details on the Volunteer Information Management process and providing
local eCommunity Credits for Volunteers can be reviewed here

NEXT STEPS

I look forward to meeting with you at 12:00 and discussing the above
as part of your membership of the Open Interchange Consortium
