JOB DESCRIPTION
UNDER 8 AGE CO-ORDINATOR - 2006
Volunteer Position
The role of the Under 8 Age Co-ordinator for 2006 season with the Pittwater RSL Football Club
Inc: is defined as giving assistance to the Club by the following means -
1 Co-ordination of teams into the same groups as they have been in under 6's and under
7's.
2 There are 8 members to a team with the exception if a player wants to play in another
team and all parents, Coach and Manager are in agreement for that team to have 9
players.
3 New players are to be placed into teams to make up a team of 8, or to replace a
player who has not re-registered, keeping that specific team to 8 players.
4 To liaise with Coaches and Managers.
5 To assist Coaches, Managers and Parents with their inquiries.
6 Where that assistance has to go to the Committee level, bring it to the attention of
the said Committee, or if urgent, to a quantum of 5 Committee members.
7 To assist by distributing in team lots, trophies at the end of the year, to the under
8 team Coaches for presentation to their players on Gala Day.
The above duties should be carried out to the best of your ability and they are the only
duties so specified for the age co-ordinator of Under 8's for 2006.
If unable to attend to the outlined duties, it should be immediately brought to the attention
of the Committee of the Pittwater RSL Football Club Inc:
Any deviation from those duties will be considered a breach and therefore result in
disciplinary action.
