A	Welcome

a	The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted. 
b	Moved by C. Ritchie

B	Business arising from last months Minutes
a	S. Gould raised the issue re training grounds availability.
b	D. Gale discussed all keys need to be returned from Robyn Cater i.e. keys to change
	room and to gear shed.
c	P. Symonds discussed the need to employ a Saturday Canteen lady.
d	Error in last month's Minutes, to read that G. Carroll provided the soil/fill for 
	Kitchener Park, not the Pittwater Council.  Secretary to send "thank you letter" to
	G. Carroll.

C	President's Report
	President Symonds discussed:
a	The signed Sponsorship Agreement with Pittwater RSL Club re 2006 monies being $13,000.00
	in 2 x $6,500 lots.   
b	Conditions of Sponsorship Agreement to include: 
		(1) a financial rebate back to the Football Club from the RSL on 				      functions held there, and 
		(2) Football Club attendance at the Anzac Day March due Sunday 23 			     April at 12.30 pm start at Rowan Street, Mona Vale. 
		(3) Sale of Calcutta Tickets prior to Melbourne Cup Horse Race.
		(4) Encourage additional membership to join the RSL Club
		(5) Attend RSL Christmas BBQ day and assist with distribution of food at 
		    National Fitness Centre, Narrabeen in December.
c	Discussion re: Coach's and Manager's Night due 29/3/06.  Need leaflets in folders.  
	A. Burgoyne offered assistance with the leaflets concerned.
d	Discussion re:  Kids with "Special Needs" and identification of their medical 
	conditions:
		(1) A. Burgoyne stated that Child's Emergency Contact already on 				      Registration Form.
		(2) There is a folder in the Canteen with details of "at risk" children and 			      their details and family details.
		(3) A. Bussetill (Risk Management Member) to be informed.
		(4) A. Burgoyne offered to seek the form that Loretta uses and copy it and 			      place in the folders for the Kit Bags.

	*****Stephen GOULD said at the meeting the issue was that the Club was not recording
	that information at the moment and on away games the problems was that the information
	should be available for the medical people at the grounds*****

F	Registrar's Report		
a	1300 players and climbing.
b	1	C. Evans discussed a late registration fee at ?? $60 per player. 
	2	Motion proposed for late registration fee by C. Evans of $20.  
	3	Committee supported proposal "In principal only".
c	Some floating players yet to find spots in teams.
d	Presently a cut off for Registrations till 1st week in April, 2006.
e	If players and teams are short - tough luck.
f	Player's refunds minus $60 per player.
g	1	Socks and shirts provided at Registration Days only.  
	2	Otherwise $5 for socks and $10 for shirts.  
h	Socks still not available to distribute.  
i	Greatest increase in player numbers in U/6 age group.
	
G	Senior Vice President's Report
a	C. Evans organising friendly games for  
			(a) A/L on 26th March at Castle Cove and 
			(b) A/L 3 vs. Harbord Diggers Club.

H	Senior Ladies Vice President's Report
a	Busy with Registrations.

I	Junior Vice President's Report
a	Compiling manual for Juniors on Football Rules in time for Coach's and 
		Manager's night.

J	Junior Girls Vice President's Report
a	Busy with Registrations.

K	Sub-Junior Vice President's Report
a	Jim Koopman offered to assist Committee by sending an e-mail to Sub Juniors 
		re: finding a Canteen person for Club Canteen on a Saturday.

L	Competition Secretary's Report
a	Coach's and Manager's night due 29/3/06.
b	No refreshments will be offered.
c	Agenda needed for speakers on the night.
d	Folders to be completed on Saturday 25 March at Clubhouse from 9 a.m.

M	M.W.F.A. Report
Issues discussed include:
a	MWFA Judiciary Committee requires from each Club a representative from the 
		Committee.
b	1	MWFA Judiciary Chairman - D. Gale.  
	2	Pittwater Judiciary Contact - L. Gale.
c	1	Pittwater Club to submit 2 volunteers to be available for Judiciary Hearings.  
	2	C. Evans and N. Vuko offered support.
d	Vice President for MWFA - G. Carroll.
e	Sub-Junior Referee's Night - 15th March with G. Carroll at 7 p.m at 
		Kitchener Park.
f	Coca Cola information available.
g	Lake Park opposite Pittwater High School now available Monday night for training only.
h	New Rule - Before a Senior Team is registered 2 players are to attend a Referees Course.
i	Competition extended one week till 2nd & 3rd September 2006.	
j	Washed out games available on 12th June for P/L Team only. 
k	No catch up games unless it is already in the DRAW.
l	1	Child Protection Forms to be signed for 2006. 
	2	Coaches, Managers and Committee Members to sign form.  
	3	Forms to MWFA before 1st game of the season. 
m	1	Coach's and Manager's night is Wednesday 29 March 2006.
	2	Sub-Juniors from 6.30 till 7.30 pm.  
	3	Juniors upwards from 8 pm onwards.
n	1	Raffle by MUFC and MWFA . 
		2	D. Gale put a motion forward for tickets to be sold at $10 each.  
		3	Club gets a commission of $2.50 per ticket.

N	Ground Manager's Report
a	Grounds available from 3rd March at Kitchener Park.
b	D. Gale watering the grounds.
c	D. Gale marking the fields for goals, corners and lines.
d	D. Gale thanked Premier League for moving the goals.

O	Gear Manager's Report
a	Sub Junior kits handed out.
b	35 Div 1 & Div 2 handed out.
c	A/L handed out.
d	All other kits sorted out tonight including Ladies and Seniors.
e	H. Schydlo to leave "key" and give to P. Symonds.
f	Size 5 balls available to Senior Teams.
g	Second delivery of balls tomorrow and placed in cupboards.
h	1	Socks soon to be available in cupboards in Clubhouse.  
	2	Must show receipt to get socks otherwise must pay.
i	Kit bags as of last season.  Some have been sorted.
j	This Saturday to sort kit bags for Juniors.
k	Secretary to check with Pittwater Council that Clubhouse available this Saturday
	morning.
l	Secretary to ask T. Frew and other Age 6 coordinators of the Juniors to assist 
	Committee sort the kit bags this Saturday morning at the Clubhouse from 9 a.m.

P	Canteen Report
a	P. Symonds stated there was no Volunteer to man the canteen on Saturdays from April 
	till September.
b	Job requires person to be available on Fridays to receive delivery of drinks etc to 
	Canteen.
c	Job needs person available on Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
d	C. Evans suggested to put a notice on the Canteen.
e	Pay rate approximately $20/hour.
f	Other responsibilities include ordering of hot food and confectionary and ice creams 
	and the BBQ rosters.

Q	Website Report
a	Awaiting information to load on Football Club's website.

R	General Business
a	M. Hennessy - Club Photographer to do photos of Teams over 1 or 2 days.
	Suggest a Sunday with a 10 minute window.
	Suggests dates as 6th and 13th May 2006.
b	Coffee Truck raises for the Club approximately $250.00/week.
c	Discussion to ask 2005 Canteen Manager to drop off the Campbell's Card and 
	Canteen keys.
d	Discussion re ?? opening the Canteen on Trial Day Games.
e	Proposal re: proposal for the role of Director of Coaching.  C/- R. Paddle.
f	S. Gould discussed Sub-Juniors to collect socks this Saturday between 8.30 and
	9.30 a.m.
g	Discussion re Trial Games vs Wakehurst Teams.  
	Involving U/12 and U/15.
h	1	Discussion re Trial Games on 26th March with Avalon.  
	2	Contact person - Phyllis  Graham.
i	Brian Graham offered assistance for Trial Games between Pittwater Teams and
	Avalon Teams.
j	1	Discussion re Late Registrations of a male applicant in U/10's.  
	2	Reason being an apparent human error. 
	3	Child presently in U/10's  Div. 3.
k	Discussion from T. Frew re ?? add a boy to U/15 Div 1 squad.
l	Discussion re Bruno and Goal Keeping Courses for Juniors in 1st and 2nd division
	underway at present time.
m	There appears to be an apparent need to teach another Goal Keeper as a "Trainer" for
	the lower divisions and other age groups, for the Pittwater Club.
