A	Welcome
a	President Peter Symonds welcomed the Committee and Guests to the monthly
	Meeting.
b	The 22nd November '05 Minutes were read and accepted as a true copy. Moved by L. Gale 
	and Seconded by C. Ritchie.

B	Business arising from last months Minutes.
a	P. Symonds informed the meeting that the Training Shirts had arrived with Sponsorship 
	logo's intact.
b	P. Symonds received a letter from 'Bruno' re: the Goal Keepers Course. Cost at 
	$1,800.00 is for 2 sessions per week. 
	Seniors x 1. Juniors x 1. Seniors on Wednesday night between 6.30pm and 8.30pm.
	Juniors on Thursday night between 6.30pm and 8.00pm. 
	The Course is suitable for Ist Div: and 2nd Div: Keepers.
c	D. Gale mentioned that he had been in contact with Dumphy this week re: Gear.
d	L. Gale seeked clarification of point 4 in previous months Minutes re: MWFA and Over
	35's Teams for 2006.

C	President's Report.
a	P. Symonds reported that Hungry Jacks has already provided 2006 Sponsorship monies to 
	the Club of $20,000. 
	Additional " In kind " monies from Hungry Jacks to be dedicated to Trophy Cabinet in 
	Clubhouse.
b	P. Symonds requests the Club purchase a 68cm TV and DVD player for the Clubhouse and to
	be available for use on Registration Days. 
c	A. Burgoyne offered to source tv and dvd models and prices and to liase with P. Symonds.

a	2006 Premier League season commences 19th March '06.
b	MWFA request all Clubs to submit Team requests by March '06.
c	Registration Days at Kitchener Park Clubhouse = 4th and 11th February from 9am to 3pm.
	Wednesday 15th February '06 between 6 - 9pm. Please make yourself available. 
d	Returning Players Registration Forms available.
e	Blank registration Forms to be printed by Secretary.
f	Seniors Forms awaiting completion.
g	New photos to be provided for U/10's, U/13's and U/16's.
h	Please put name on back of all new photos.
i	New Registrations to provide a copy of Birth Certificate from U/10's upwards.
j	Camera available for photos at $2.00.
k	Socks and Shirts available for sale at Rego Days only.
l	Payment by Cash or Cheque only.
m	Michael Sekulich to provide a separate table for U/9's.

G	Competition Secretary's Report.
a	Competition starts 1st April '06.
b	Coaches and Managers Night due 29th April '06. 
	Sub-Juniors between 6.30 and 7.30pm. 
	Juniors to Seniors from 8pm to 9pm.

H	M.W.F.A. Report.
a	Pittwater MWFA Delegates have not attended a Meeting to date.

I	Ground Manager's report.
a	Purchased 4 x mini net sets. 
b	Pittwater Council has attended to turfing at Kitchener Park. 
	Turfing to be completed by end of this week, hopefully.
c	New rule when watering at Kitchener Park. 
	MUST be present during watering of 4 hour period.
d	Presently Kitchener Park is not available for use TILL FURTHER NOTICE.
e	Access to Newport and Boondah grounds with magnet key. 
	If no one is training on these grounds (grounds are vacant) available for use.
f	To seek clarification from MWFA if Pittwater High School grounds are available for use.
	To follow up.
g	Don requested Volunteer assistance to manage Jackson's Road fields during season. 

J	Gear Manager's Report.
a	Not at Meeting.

K	Ladies report.
a	Applications for Coaching Ladies Teams have been received.
b	Topic carried over to General Business.

L	Girls Report.
a	Nothing to report.

M	Sub-Junior Report.
a	J. Koopman organising a Sub-Junior Age Co-Ordinator's Day on 11th February at 2.30pm.
b	Jim providing a A3 Information Sheet for Sub-Juniors for Registration days.

N	Canteen Report.
a	No report.
b	To date no Canteen Manager for 2006.

O	General Business.
a	Information Sheet to be distributed at Grading Days.
b	Team Gradings due 19th and 26th February '06. 
	Grounds for Gradings = pending. Awaiting clarification from MWFA.
c	Trial Matches due 19th and 26th March '06 between Avalon and Wakehurst Clubs.
d	Peter Symonds nominated Cliff Evans for the position as Pittwater RSL F/C's as Senior 
	Vice President. 
	Seconded by T. Frost. 
	Position accepted by incumbent. 
	Cliff to follow up with Wakehurst and Avalon Clubs re: Trial Matches.
e	Discussion concerning Eric Jenseens email to P. Symonds and appointment of John Drakes
	as U/15's Co-ordinator for 2006.
f	Discussion re: Ladies Division 1, 2, 3 and all Teams be graded in 2006.  
	In 2007 MWFA propose a ??? Ladies competition change and to include a P/L (1) and
	Reserves Teams.
g	Discussion and Voting on 2 applications received for Ladies Div. !. Coach.  
	Applications include Peter Fennell and Colin Euers.
h	Result of Committee Voting = majority of Committee in favour of Colin Euers. 
	P. Symonds to contact Colin Euers re: accepting the position as 2006 Coach of Ladies
	Div. 1.
i	D. Gale proposed motion to offer the Coaching position to Ladies Div. 2. to Peter 
	Fennell. 
	Motion seconded by C. Ritchie. 
	Committee unanimously in favour of Motion.
	P. Symonds to follow up with Peter Fennell. Outcome pending. 
j	P. Symonds discussed the need re: Ladies Gradings for Div. 1, 2, and 3.
	Gradings Panel to include Tony Frew (Manly United Coach for Ladies, Junior Vice 
	President of Club), Richard Paddle (Seniors Coach), Nick Bananna (Manly United)
k	Players for Ladies Gradings to wear Bibs with Numbers. 
	Players to be graded for Fitness, Agility, Ball skills, Dribbling etc.
l	P. Symonds motion to Committee for 2005 Ladies Co-ordinator and  assistant to be not
	included during the 2006 Grading process. 
	Motion carried unanimously by Committee.
m	D. Gale discussed issue regarding Extensions to Kitchener Park Clubhouse Building.
	J. Koopman offered to liase with Ruddy Valour re: donating services of support to the 
	Club. D. Woodhouse offered to contact other people to seek support for the Club. 
	To follow up.
n	S. Gould discussed merits of Sponsorship proposal to the Committee involving Age 
	Division teams being involved in 
	a)  ???Monthly Social Events, 
	b) Use of the Clubs Website for notification of Events
	c)  Encouragement of Small Business to advertise on Clubs Website. 
o	President Peter Symonds not in favour of Sponsorship Proposal.
	A. Burgoyne also not in favour of proposal as Clubs Social Secretary.
p	L. Gale stated that Wayne Brine to put up Banners in clubhouse for Registration Day.
q	P. Symonds discussed MWFA Coaching Courses at Cromer Park. 
	If participant attends MWFA Coaching Course and then Coaches a Team from U/10's up the
	Coaching Course Fees are refunded to Coach by Club.
r	D. Gale suggested a general notice be designed to show the break-up of the Registration
	Fees and to be displayed at Registration Days.
s	L. Gale offered to provide a list of all Player Registration Fees for Registration Days.
