This document was prepared for the first committee meeting after a new
Organisation Structure was given to Stephen GOULD on 24 Dec 2005
by the President

This document was a surprise as neither the President nor the rest of the Committee
had shown any previous knowledge of Work Flows and Organisation Structures

There were 22 new Volunteer functions including 3 Web Co-ordinators.

B	Sponsorship Plan 2006
C	Proposed Assistant Registrars to assist the Registrar

A	RESPONSIBILITIES WITH VOLUNTEER TIME FOR COMPANY ASSET

The draft position responsibilities are provided with an estimate of the amount
of time it is required to Perform the functions of that position properly.

This is in-line with the new Accounting moves to recognise and place a value
on Volunteer Work

The draft summaries for consideration and comment are:

A	CLUB EXECUTIVE

a	President
b	Secretary
c	Treasurer
d	Registrar
e	No response
f	No response
g	No response
h	Ladies Junior VP
i	Juniors Vice-President
j	Sub-Juniors VP

B	CLUB OFFICIALS

b	Ground Manager
c	Equipment Manager
d	Social Secretary

f	No response
g	Canteen manager

m	Building Manager

B	12 MONTH SPONSORSHIP PLAN

Please find attached a copy of the draft 12-mth Sponsorship plan that was sent
to Cathy on 04 Jan 2006 for the Committee to discuss

C	ASSISTANT REGISTRARS TO ASSIST THE REGISTRAR

Please find attached a copy of the e-mail sent to you 10 Jan 2006 for Assistant
Registrars for registration Day

a	Assistant Registrar-Seniors - 12 hrs/annum
b	Assistant Registrar-Over 35s - 12 hrs/annum
c	Assistant Registrar-Juniors 16-18 - 12 hrs/annum
d	Assistant Registrar-Juniors 13-15 - 12 hrs/annum
e	Assistant Registrar-Juniors 10-12 - 12 hrs/annum
f	Assistant Registrar-Sub-Jun 8- 9 - 12 hrs/annum
g	Assistant Registrar-Sub-Jun 6- 7 - 12 hrs/annum

It would probably be appropriate to have 7 other new Volunteers to learn the
process with each Assistant registrar and write out receipts etc

It may be appropriate to send an e-mail out to last year's Managers & Coaches
to see if they know anybody that may be prepared to assist.

I have found in the past that if you give people two or three weeks notice
they can fit it in particularly as most will be coming down anyway to register

D	NEXT STEPS

Look forward to discussing these issues at the next Committee Meeting

Regards

Steve GOULD
