Hi Tony - Thanks got your e-mail 25 Nov.  Sorry for the delay in responding
but we have been reviewing other issues including eCalendars and Ground 
Management which you may want to review on

Here is a draft Position Description for you to consider.  There are a number
of questions I have asked seeking clarification of your proposal at the AGM

Would you be able:

1	review this draft and revise by 		12:00 Fri 09 Dec 2005

2	send a revised e-mail back to me		17:00 Fri 09 Dec 2005

3	Discuss with me on Wed 14 dec '2005		12:00 Wed 14 Dec 2005

I have copied in the others as they may like to add some comments
and review the draft Position Description.

The times that you spend on each Function may be inaccurate at this 
stage.  

The main purpose is to identify the different Functions carried out by this 
Position 
 
I have copied in Peter and Don as they appreciate the practical Coaching 
issues far better then I understand them.

Please revise times & activities as I may not have understood your 
proposal properly 

However I think you will probably be doing most of the activities during
a course of a season - all I am doing is documenting what you
probably do anyway

As I understood it, your proposal is to hold Coaching sessions on Thu 
and Fri nights so that the Players can retain and practice the new skills
on the Sat.

Does this mean that we will have 1 age group each Thu or Fri ?

or 

do you plan to use the Sub-Junior Coaching manual to explain to 
the year coaches what coaching to do each week ?.

Do you want to focus on 1 age group for 4 consecutive weeks each month ?

or 

1 Age Group each week ?

Obviously this will have an implication on the day the each team within each
Age designate for Training at each ground
