Further to the agreement at AGM T 2005/11/22 to document the 
Committee functions please find attached the spreadsheet of the 
Job Description for the Ladies - Senior Vice President

There is a draft on the web-site which will be transferred to the
Pittwater RSL Football Club web-site when completed

Would it be possible for you to complete the Functions by 17:00 
Wed 07 Dec 2005 and send it back to me by e-mail ?

A	REASONS FOR JOB DESCRIPTION

There are a number of reasons for preparing the Job Description
including 

1	meet the requirements of the NSW Dep Fair Trading

2	provide a Succession Plan for future Ladies - Senior Vice President

3	provide a manual in case you have an accident or are sick

4	enable Club members to see on the Club Web-site what is involved.

A draft has been prepared which will be transferred to Pittwater RSL 
Football web-site when it has been completed.

The plan is to transfer the completed document over Christmas for 
the New Year
