Henry - further to our stock-take sub-junior teams this is my draft report on the
process and stock-take/valuation.
The report has the following sections
A Summary - comparison with actual and web-site listing
B Location of Stock
C Process for Stock-take
D Next Steps
Please find attached the updated stock record spreadsheet to include the
different size shirts for each Age Group
I have costed the stock at $ 35.00 a shirt using the replacement cost value
as a way to value the Stock
DRAFT REPORT

a All sub-junior team kit bags were emptied, checked and placed in lockers

13 goalkeeper shirts
U7 14 kit-bags comprising 4 x 7 x 32" shirts 14
10 x 7 x 34" shirts
14 goalkeeper jumpers
U8 15 kit-bags comprising 15 x 7 x 34" shirts 17
15 goalkeeper jumpers
U9 9 kit-bags comprising 9 x 7 x 36" shirts 9
9 goalkeeper jumpers
TOTAL 51 51
c However there are 13 U6 team kit-bags with only 11 teams listed
on the web-site and 15 U8 team kit-bages with 17 teams listed
on the web-site
d PS had a list of missing team kit-bags
e PS contacted the team managers to return the missing kit-bags ASAP
B LOCATION OF STOCK
a 4 cabinets store the Sub-junior Team Kit in the Main-Room
b These cabinets are on the left against the wall at the door
to the room
c A cabinet is allocated to each Age Group
d Each cabinet has 4 sections
1 Top Shelf has the shirts in batches 7 shirts per team
2 2nd shelf has the first aid kits for each kit-bag
3 3rd shelf has the match and practice footballs
4 Bottom shelf has the kit bags
e The other stock is in the cabinet on the right against the wall at
the entrance to the room. This is the Main Stock cupboard
f These cabinets are locked
g The key-holders are Henry SCHYDLO and Peter SYMONDS
C PROCESS FOR STOCK-TAKE
a The kit-bags are sorted into Age groups according to the colour
of the key-ring name tags
Green U6
White U7
Orange U8
U9
b Each kit-bag is emptied of all contents and cleaned of any grass
and accumulated rubbish
c Each kit-bag should contain
1 7 players shirts
2 1 goalkeeper jumper
3 1 match ball
4 1 practice ball
5 1 first-aid box
d Some kit-bags may also contain
1 Team folders
2 Goalkeeper gloves
3 Manager/coach shirts
4 Training cones
These items are returned to the Main Stock cupboard
e The shirts are checked for condition, counted and batched in
groups of 7
f The Goalkeeper shirts were separated from the other shirts
and stacked together for each Age Group
g The first-aid boxes are not checked but placed in the 2nd shelf
h The balls are placed on the 3rd shelf in each Age Cabinet
D NEXT STEPS
Henry please advise on any changes.
