Where should we meet ?
Can we meet at Library or the local Internet cafe in Mona Vale or where
there is a computer on the Internet so that I can refer to documents
I have e-mailed to book a computer at the Library from 11:00 - 13:00
so can meet with you from 11:30 onwards if that suits you
B PRINTED COPY JOB DESCRIPTIONS
I spoke with Cathy on Thu and she said she has printed out copies
of all the e-mails and job-descriptions.
I will bring along with me the hard-copy manual for the printed
copies to be inserted.
Once everybody is in agreement with their position descriptions
then a number of copies can be printed off.
I would like to think that we can have that completed by Tue

B DRAFT FUNCTIONS FOR ADMINISTRATOR
Cathy has said she is preparing her Position Functions and may
be able to have it completed over the break
We discussed how her priority each week is the STA reports and
how they have to be completed each Mon
The suggested responsibilities for the Club Administrator position
could include:
1 DAILY
a Daily Post - record list of letters in spreadsheet for Secretary

b Send out weekly notices on Football Club events for Social Sec
c Follow-up payments for subscriptions for Registrar
3 MONTHLY
a Follow-up reports due Monthly Committee Meetings for Secretary
b Send out e-mails with agenda and reports for Secretary
c Co-ordinate Monthly Social Functions with Social Sec
4 QUARTERLY
a Conduct Stock-take with Equipment Manager
5 ANNUAL
a Arrange bookings for AGM
