Further to our meeting Sat 24 Dec 2005 I have reviewed the new
Organisation Chart that you have prepared.

A	New Organisation Chart may be suitable for sponsors

A	ORGANISATION CHART MAY BE SUITABLE FOR SPONSORS

This Organisation Chart may be suitable to offer to sponsors
for each position on the Club Web-site

This Organisation Chart was prepared to:

1	cater for the anticipated demand for football from the 3,000 new 
	houses under construction in Warriewood

2	identify where assistance is required in the running of the Club

3	develop Volunteers for the Succession Strategy

B	15 NEW POSITIONS IDENTIFIED

There are 15 new positions identified:

A	Playing - 4
B	Operations - 8
C	Club Information/Communications - 3

A	PLAYING - 4 

a	Sub-Junior Coaching Manager
b	Senior Teams Co-ordinator assisting Seniors VP
c	Junior Teams Co-ordinator assisting Junior-Male VP
d	Sub-Junior Teams Co-ordinator assisting Sub-Junior VP

B	OPERATIONS - 8

a	Building Manager responsible for Building content/order

	It would be very helpful if someone could provide a computer
	software version of the building and its contents

b	Assistant Secretary assisting the Secretary
c	Assistant Registrar assisting the Registrar
d	Assistant Ladies Co-ordinator assisting Ladies VP 
e	Assistant Gear Steward assisting Equipment Manager
f	Assistant Ground Keeper assisting Ground Manager
g	Assistant Canteen Manager assisting the Canteen Manager	
h	Assistant Social Secretary assisting Social Secretary

C	CLUB INFORMATION/COMMUNICATIONS - 3

a	Senior Web Co-ordinator
b	Junior Web Co-ordinator
c	Sub-Junior Web Co-ordinator

I will draft out position objectives and responsibilities for consideration
by the committee however the challenge will be finding people to
fulfil the position and spread the load !
