	POSITION FUNCTIONS NOT JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Col - as I said at the meeting on 22 Nov 2005 I had offered to assist the 
Club by preparing a Position Function structure not prepare Job 
Descriptions - the people who had the Positions would prepare a Job 
Description of that Position that they occupied.

This was explained in an e-mail to Peter SYMONDS on Fri 11 Nov 2005

At the meeting on Tue 22 Nov 2005 I gave out:

1	a copy of the spreadsheets that would be sent to each person 
	on the committee which identified the major Objectives and 
	Responsibilities and the time allocation.

2	A Timetable for telephone interviews to discuss the Position
	Functions, Responsibilities and Time Allocation

As I said at the meeting I was not there to define Job Definitions.

I was a little bit concerned when 4 out of the 5 members of the 
Executive Committee voted against the proposal hence the
condition of weekly payment $ 275.00 to cover costs.

This was understood by those that responded as Job descriptions 
were received from 9 positions of the 16 identified by Peter at
the meeting

This was the status at 18 Dec 2005 prior to Peter & I discussing
an extension of 4 weeks to complete the project 

This was how those Positions Descriptions/Functions were

When Peter & I meet on the 24 Dec 2005 to review progress he gave 
me a future Organisation Structure with an additional 15 (which turned 
out to be an additional 22 Positions) positions and we agreed that 
the date for completion of the project would by Sun 29 Jan 2006.

This was confirmed in the minutes on 26 Dec 2005

NEXT STEPS

Col - hope that clarifies the issue with regard to payment tomorrow
night as per the agreed job requirements, extension of time and additional 
positions required.
