A	WEB-SITE AVAILABILITY

At 13:00 the web-site was operational from here - sometimes sites have
technical problems or are carrying out maintenance procedures and are 
not available.

If the site is not available 12 hrs later then there is a real problem.

There should be a section in the Paper and Electronic Practice & 
Procedures manual with the details about the Football Club web-site.

These details should be available off-line to key Committee Members
(this electronic Practice & Procedure Manual will be a file the same as 
the On-line Version) in case they have to phone up to find out what 
has happended.

This section should include the following details:

TELEPHONE NUMBER SUPPORT:

TYPE OF CONTRACT SERVICE:

CURRENT ANNUAL FEE:

As organisations realise the potential for improved communication 
services with web-sites particularly for sponsors it is useful for all the 
Management Committee to become familiar with issues that may also 
benefit their own businesses

B	EXTENSION TIME PROJECT 4 WEEKS

As the Management Committee did not meet in Dec to review the 
Position Function and Description project I am proposing that the 
project is extended for 4 weeks for the following reasons:

a	There are still some details of the Position functions to confirm

b	The Committee has not meet to review the project

c	The $ 275.00 is not for my time but for the resources and costs
	to maintain the details on the web-site for

C	ESTABLISH SUB-JUNIOR INFRASTRUCTURE

I am proposing a possible controversial proposal that 50% of the Sub-Junior
Subscription fees are retained for 1 year by the Club while it develops 
the infrastructure to support issues like Tony FREW's Sub-Junior Coaching 
proposal

NEXT STEPS

Will you have time to discuss on the phone before Christmas:

1	Progress so far

2	An extension of the project for 4 weeks $ 275.00/per week until 
	the next Management Meeting to review progress

3	the way I should submit the proosal to retain 50% of the Sub-Junior
	fee and the reasons for the proposal to the MWFA

I will provide further details and give you a call once you have had time
to review and consider
