			3 - EASYBIZ DATA DICTIONARY

Trevor - thank you for your response on the missing pages in the EasyBiz
Operational Specification.

There are 3 issues which, our experience with email and eCommerce with
Electronic Tenders, Electronic Questionnaires and Electronic Event
Management over the last 5 years, has shown are best handled as
separate responses:

A	e-Mail, Electronic Commerce Electronic Notary
B	Index Specifications & Response
C	EasyBiz Data Dictionary - THIS EMAIL

In "1.4 Supporting Documentation" it states that the Data Dictionary should
be read in conjunction with the Operational Concept Document.

The reason that we requested a copy of Appendix B - Data Dictionary
is that the Specification states "To be included when Complete and
Confirmed".

Members have already developed XML Data Dictionaries for

1	Electronic Government Tenders
2	Electronic Event Management
3	Electronic Business Papers & Committee Management

These Data Dictionaries and Schemas are based on the UN/EDIFACT
Standard and ISO 8601 - part of the requirement in 7.6 Operational
Policies and Standards

These Schemas have been submitted to ebXML and one of our
members is speaking at the OASIS (Organisation for the Advancement
of Structure Information Standards) Conference in October on the
TIMS Electronic Government XML Tender Structure

Hence as part of the submission if your Data Dictionary is similar
it will make a considerable amount of difference to the fees as
part of a submission.

If you would like to review the XML Schema for Local Government
Tenders as the first step of an eBusiness process please review this
Local Government XML Tender Structure

NEXT STEPS

Please advise if there is a Data Dictionary that can be review for
comparison as part of submission.

Thank you

Regards
