There are 3 issues which, our experience with email and eCommerce with Electronic Tenders, Electronic Questionnaires and Electronic Event Management over the last 5 years, has shown are best handled as separate responses: A e-Mail, Electronic Commerce Electronic Notary - THIS EMAIL B Proof Reading and Index Specifications C EasyBiz Data Dictionary One of the important aspects of the Design of the Architecture of a System like EasyBiz which could develop into dealing with Council Tenders, Council Tourism Plans and Council Recreation Strategies is the issue of missing emails and eCommerce Lodgements. Hence the development of an Architecture which ensures that there is an Electronic Notary. The Electronic Notary is an independent organisation that can verify that person A sent and email/ecommerce message to Person B. This is an important aspect for EasyBiz as the Hub design requires an independent 3rd party to confirm the time and date that messages are forwarded by the EasyBiz Hub to a Council. The Electronic Notary concept was proposed at the TEDIS Legal Workshop at the European Ecommerce Conference in Brussels NEXT STEPS If this aspect is to be considered for the EasyBiz Architecture Design then we have members that would be able to assist you with that design Regards Peter HENRY TIMS Co-ordinator OTMG Tender Information Management Services 08:22 H 2006/08/31 Syd 2065 E: peter.henry@smeems.net W: OTMG Tender Service - Guest
